Dan serves as the Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at the University of Idaho. In this role he leads a team of over 100 professionals serving the technology needs of the main Moscow campus, centers across the state, and students around the world. Prior to joining UI, Dan served as the Director of Information Services at the University of Wyoming and as Director of Information Technology at Dubai Aerospace Engineering University in Dubai, UAE. Before supporting higher education computing, Dan worked as a technology leader in the private sector for companies such as Interlink Group and Accenture.
Dan earned his B.S. in MIS (1993) and his MPA (2010) from the University of Wyoming. He is highly engaged in regional, state and community activities including non-profit board membership and youth sports.
