The NWACC Customer Experience Affinity Group seeks to provide value by fostering collaboration and sharing innovative ideas. By uniting institutions with diverse expertise and challenges, the group creates a dynamic platform for exchanging best practices, success stories, and lessons learned in improving customer experiences programs across campuses. This collaborative approach enables members to address common pain points, streamline service delivery, and implement user-centered strategies that enhance the satisfaction of students, faculty, staff and the myriad of other customers that make up our communities.
Through regular meetings, workshops, and peer discussions, the group provides opportunities to explore emerging technologies, data-driven insights, and process improvements tailored to the unique needs of higher education. By leveraging collective knowledge and resources, participants can accelerate innovation, reduce redundancies, and strengthen their institutions’ ability to provide accessible, inclusive, and impactful services.
