Hotel room and tax will be paid directly by NWACC for up to three nights (September 11, 12, 13). If you are registered for the meeting and requested a hotel room on your registration form you should receive a confirmation email from the Courtyard. If you haven’t received a confirmation please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Travel, Transportation, and Parking
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. If you are driving to the hotel, you can use the Courtyard’s valet service. Be sure to mention that you are with NWACC so it will be billed directly to us.
Breakfast will be provided Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Lunch will be provided Tuesday and Wednesday. Dietary restrictions should be noted on the registration form. Tuesday and Wednesday dinners are on your own and will be reimbursed. Be sure to retain all receipts.
