Corey Quirk is the Chief Information Officer for the North Dakota University System (NDUS) and Core Technology Services (CTS), bringing more than 25 years of IT leadership and a proven record of fostering collaboration and driving innovation in higher education. Throughout his career with NDUS, he has held key leadership positions, including deputy CIO and director of Enterprise Applications.
In his current role, Corey sets the strategic vision for NDUS technology services and leads CTS’s statewide portfolio, which encompasses infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data analytics, and library IT services for all NDUS institutions. Beginning in 2026, he will also serve a two-year term on the Quest Oracle Community Board of Directors. Corey holds both a bachelor’s degree in graphic communication and a master’s degree in industrial technology from the University of North Dakota.
Outside of work, he enjoys time at his cabin, fishing, traveling, learning new technologies, and, most importantly, being with family—especially his two granddaughters.
