The workshop will begin at 4:30pm on October 9 and adjourn at 11:30am on the October 11th. The Draft Agenda is available in Google Docs.
Location and Lodging
RiverPlace Hotel
1510 S Harbor Way, Portland, Oregon, 97201
Hotel room and tax will be paid directly by NWACC for up to two nights (October 9 and 10). If you are registered for the meeting and requested a hotel room on your registration form you should receive a confirmation email from the RiverPlace. If you haven’t received a confirmation please contact us at: office@nwacc.org
Travel, Transportation, and Parking
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. If you are driving to the hotel, you can use the RiverPlace valet service. Be sure to mention that you are with NWACC so it will be billed directly to us.
Food Service
The following meals will be provided at RiverPlace:
- Wednesday reception and dinner
- Thursday breakfast, lunch, and reception
- Friday breakfast
Thursday dinner is on your own and will be reimbursed. Be sure to retain all receipts.
