Virginia (Ginny) Tomlinson is Associate Vice President / Chief Information Officer at Central Washington University. Prior to joining CWU in January 2020, Ginny served as the Chief Technology Officer of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, where she was responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all aspects of information technology at the College. Ginny has worked in Higher Education for over 20 years. Previously she served as the CIO at Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia and as Director of Information Technology Services at Oglethorpe University, in Atlanta, Georgia. Ginny earned her Master of Science in Information Systems from Georgia State University.
