Molly will make your hotel reservation based on the information you provide at registration. Room and tax for the nights of December 8 and 9 will be billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges. Please contact Molly (molly@nwacc.org) if you need to change your hotel reservation.

Travel, Parking, and Expense Reimbursement

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 21 days of the event and require itemized receipts.

The MAX light rail provides service from the airport and the Amtrak Station to the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket kiosk at each MAX stop (NWACC will reimburse you for the expense). The Red Line (direct from the airport) stops 4 blocks from the hotel.

Hotel parking for overnight guests is valet-only and will be billed directly to NWACC. Participants driving in each day should park at the Smart Park garage at SW 3rd and SW Alder St.


The dress style for the conference is casual or business casual. (But if you feel more comfortable in business attire, that's okay, too!)
