Program: The formal program will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11 and end at 12:00 p.m. of Friday, November 13. Download the complete agenda here.
Fees and Meals: NWACC will provide dinner on Nov 11; breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Nov 12; and breakfast on Nov 13. NWACC will pay all registration fees.
Workshop size and attendance: NWACC will subsidize the travel and hotel costs for one participant from each NWACC member institution. Additional subsidized spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis up to 34 attendees. If the subsidized spaces are filled, NWACC member institutions may send an additional attendee at their own cost. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, email Molly at email@example.com.
Location and Directions: The workshop will be held at George Fox University Portland Center, located at 12753 SW 68th Ave, Portland, OR. Click here for driving directions from the hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites.
Lodging: Room costs at the workshop hotel will be covered directly by NWACC for the nights of Nov 11 and 12. If you request hotel accommodations at registration, your reservation will be made for you at the Lake Oswego Fairfield Inn & Suites and you will receive your confirmation number via email. If you have questions about your registration or need to make a change, contact Molly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Attendees will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover incidental costs.
Travel Reimbursements: NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for the all attendees. Reimbursement requests should be submitted within 14 days of the event and require original receipts.
