Overview | Travel/Hotel


Hotel reservations for all attendees will be made by and billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges. Attendees staying additional nights will be responsible for those room charges (unless flight schedules make an additional night's stay necessary, in which case NWACC will cover the expense). Please contact Molly (molly@nwacc.org) if you need to change your hotel reservation.

Travel, Parking, and Expense Reimbursement

Parking at the hotel is valet-only. We ask that members who are not staying at the hotel park at the Smart Park garage at SW 3rd Ave and SW Alder St. (3 blocks from the hotel). For hotel guests, valet parking fees will be charged directly to NWACC.

NWACC will reimburse attendees for travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Download the reimbursement request form here. Reimbursement requests may be submitted electronically or via mail (see the form for addresses).

Ground Transportation in Portland: The MAX light rail provides service from the airport and the Amtrak Station to the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket kiosk at each MAX stop (NWACC will reimburse you for the expense). The Red Line (direct from the airport) stops 4 blocks from the hotel.


The dress style for the conference is casual or business casual. (But if you feel more comfortable in business attire, that’s okay, too!)
