2017 Summit

October 18-20, 2017

DoubleTree Hotel Lloyd Center
1000 NE Multnomah St
Portland, Oregon 97232

Overview | Travel/Hotel

Hotel

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations via the link provided in the registration confirmation email.

Hotel room and tax for all attendees will be billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at the time of booking to secure their room reservation, but it will not be charged. NWACC will cover room charges for the nights of Oct 18 and 19; attendees staying additional nights will be responsible for those room charges (we have reserved a small number of rooms on Oct 17 and 20 for those whose flight schedules make an additional night's stay necessary, in which case NWACC will cover the expense).

Travel, Parking, and Expense Reimbursement

Attendees can park in the hotel parking garage. For hotel guests, parking fees will be charged directly to NWACC. NWACC will reimburse day parking fees.

NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. We ask that you make your travel arrangements early to obtain the best rates. Download the reimbursement request form. You are welcome to submit a reimbursement request for airfare or other pre-paid expenses prior to the conference.

Ground Transportation in Portland: The MAX Light Rail red line provides direct service between the airport and hotel. Board the red line to city center at the airport and deboard at the Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave stop. The DoubleTree is half a block from the MAX stop. The MAX green line provides direct service from Union Station (Amtrak) to the hotel. From Union Station, board the green line eastbound to Clackamas Town Center and deboard at the Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave stop.

Dress

The dress style for the conference is casual or business casual. (But if you feel more comfortable in business attire, that’s okay, too!)
