Hotel reservations for all attendees will be made by and billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges. Attendees staying additional nights will be responsible for those room charges (unless flight schedules make an additional night's stay necessary, in which case NWACC will cover the expense). Please contact Molly (email@example.com) if you need to change your hotel reservation.
Travel, Parking, and Expense Reimbursement
Parking at the hotel is valet-only. We ask that members who are not staying at the hotel park at the Smart Park garage at SW 3rd Ave and SW Alder St. (2 blocks from the hotel). For hotel guests, valet parking fees will be charged directly to NWACC.
NWACC will reimburse attendees for travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from PDX. Download the reimbursement request form.
Ground Transportation in Portland: If you requested car service between the airport and the hotel, arrangements will be made for you. The pickup area is located on the airport terminal's lower roadway on the baggage claim level. A sign with the passenger's last name will be displayed on the car. Feel free to contact Molly (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you aren’t sure whether or not you requested transportation, or if your flight information changes.
The dress style for the conference is casual or business casual. (But if you feel more comfortable in business attire, thatís okay, too!)
