Hotel reservations for all attendees will be made by and billed directly to NWACC (Molly will email you your reservation confirmation number prior to the Summit). Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges (phone, in-room bar, etc).

The group room rate [$204 including resort fee] are available for three days before and after the meeting dates. NWACC will cover room charges for June 9-11; attendees staying for additional nights will be responsible for those charges.


Directions and Parking

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Molly will coordinate carpools between the airport and resort for anyone interested. If you live in the Portland area and can transport an out-of-towner from PDX to the conference center, please let Molly know. If you are flying into PDX and would like to carpool, please provide your flight information.

Driving directions to the conference center are available here. Parking is free.


Travel Reimbursements


NWACC will reimburse all attendees for travel expenses to and from the meeting. NWACC does not provide a per diem, so please keep your meal receipts. Download the reimbursement request form.
